6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and courier service. Arch Avery is not responsible for delays caused by external couriers or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items only. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers must notify Arch Avery at cs@archavery.com within 48 hours of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon receipt and inspection. Defective items are subject to verification by our Customer Service team. Promotional discounts may be adjusted on returned items. Arch Avery reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in cases of suspected policy misuse.
